Welcome to VOE Program, a Visa Consultancy service. These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use VOE Program’s website if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.
Acceptance of Terms
By using VOE Program’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Services Description
VOE Program provides visa consultancy services, including but not limited to information on visa types, application processes, and related services. We aim to assist users in navigating the visa application process.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 5.

User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or networks. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Payment and Fees
Certain services may require payment. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio and Ontario, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio and Ontario [Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Visa Online Express will issue a refund for services rendered. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
Our Service Fee Refund and Structure
Visa Online Express charges a service processing fee for the expert guidance, application preparation, document review, and submission services we provide.
- Service Fee Structure: Please be advised that the Visa Online Express service processing fee is structured to cover both our internal administrative and processing costs, as well as the mandatory consultation and review services provided by our affiliated licensed immigration attorneys. 50% of the total service processing fee is directly allocated to cover mandatory attorney review and guidance, and these attorney fees are non-refundable once the application preparation work has begun.
- Entitlement to 50% Refund: A client is entitled to a refund of 50% of the Visa Online Express service processing fee only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The client diligently followed all written guidance, advice, and instructions provided by the Visa Online Express team throughout the entire application process.
- The client provided all necessary documents and information as requested, within the deadlines specified by our agents.
- The client’s visa application was officially denied by the relevant Embassy, Consulate, or government authority.
Non-Refundable: The Visa Online Express service processing fee is 100% non-refundable if the application is withdrawn by the client, the client refuses to follow our guidance, the client fails to submit necessary documentation, or if the client provides fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information. In all cases, the 50% portion allocated to attorney fees remains non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Consular and Third-Party Fees
Please note the following fees are not refundable by Visa Online Express under any circumstances:
- Consular Fees/Visa Application Fees: These fees are paid directly to the Embassy, Consulate, or government authority for the review of your application. They are 100% non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome (approval, denial, or withdrawal). Visa Online Express acts only as a facilitator for these payments.
- Third-Party Fees: This includes, but is not limited to, fees for biometrics, medical examinations, translation services, courier services, or any other costs incurred by external providers. These fees are non-refundable once paid to the respective third party.
Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
- Before Submission: If a client chooses to cancel or withdraw their application before it has been formally prepared and submitted to the government or consular authority by Visa Online Express, they may be eligible for a refund of the service fee, minus a $50 administrative processing charge (or equivalent in local currency).
After Submission: Once the application has been formally submitted, the Visa Online Express service fee is non-refundable, as the vast majority of our work will have been completed at that stage.
Processing Refunds
Any eligible refund will be processed within 30 business days of the official application denial or confirmed cancellation.
All refund claims must be submitted in writing to our support team, citing the official denial letter (where applicable).
